Are you ready for your transformation?

I AM ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS VIA TELETHERAPY.

Whether you live on Guam or in California, I may be near to you, I may be far. But one thing is for sure: I want to continue to support and help you or your loved one.

Times can be tough. Your stress level is high. Life bombards you with too much. Too much information, too much social media to keep up with, too many chores, too many choices, too many demands, and you feel you fall short. Time goes by and you wonder how it slipped away. You resent the life you're living.

Does any of this sound familiar? (and if it doesn't thats ok!)

You're in the right place. I can help you learn strategies to overcome anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, or bad habits. You can learn to manage life more effectively, grieve the past, and get excited about your future. Together we'll uncover your unique qualities and leverage these to help you get the life you want.

Therapy has never been easier.

Using a streamlined and secure process for teletherapy, WE CAN MEET WHEREVER YOU ARE.

Enjoy our sessions from the comfort of your home, car, or favorite nook.

I provide teletherapy to California and Guam residents.

Is tele-therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Telehealth provides a consistency of care that in-person sessions cannot offer. There are many reasons to utilize therapy online. No time for commuting? Feel awkward in other people's spaces? Perhaps you live in a remote area and cannot access professionals that can meet your needs. Oh yeah, and pandemic anyone? We need teletherapy now more than ever to provide needed mental health services. With a technology savvy population, clients are becoming increasingly comfortable engaging with their therapist remotely. Teletherapy has been shown to be just as effective as in person counseling for certain conditions such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and trauma. In my experience online therapy can make some clients feel more open to discuss their true thoughts and feelings while in the comfort of their own home.

You caught me. I'm a book worm. I also love exploring nature and make some pretty mean tacos. While I can't share my delectable tacos with you online, I will share helpful up-to-date information from all the text I read. Who doesn't like helpful tips and applicable knowledge to help get the results you want out of life? I certainly do.

I'd love to meet you.
Go ahead and reach out to me for a free 10 min. consultation where we can chat about you and see if we are a good fit for each other.

Located in Guam. I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy License in California LMFT86018 and in Guam LMFT-24
I look forward to meeting you.
