I'm Stephanie. Nice to meet you.
Welcome, I am happy you are considering therapy as a way to make positive changes in your life. Thank you for visiting my site to see if I can help you achieve your goals. Often times people are held captive by negative emotional, mental, and physical constraints. By taking the first step, you are showing courage to begin a journey in life that has the potential to bring you peace, balance, health, and satisfaction. I look forward to assisting you in navigating through challenges to your desired destination. Below is more information about the services I provide. Please take a moment to determine if we are a good fit. I look forward to working with you and walking beside you on this journey.
I have over 16 years of experience helping families build stronger bonds and draw more satisfaction from their relationships. I work with adolescents, young adults, and not-so-young adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, LDS related issues, trauma, parent-child relations, adoption, and emotional/behavioral disturbance. I have taught parenting classes, facilitated therapy groups for children and teens, and collaborated with the community on non-traditional therapy approaches, such as Project Surf Camp and Equine Assisted Therapy. I also enjoy helping others work through grief, loss, infertility, generational-family issues, medical trauma, parenting, inter-personal relationships, and life transitions. My approach draws from many schools of psychology and attempts to customize the therapy to fit your personality, life-style, and problem. Staying current and well trained is important to me. I want to provide you with the best therapeutic service possible. That is why I spend a significant portion of my time and resources obtaining high-quality training and reading psychology related books. |
